4. It is suitable for surface polishing of large molds and other large products. Japanese brands have obvious advantages. The main ones are Okuma and Toshiba New Japan Industrial Machinery. The latter two are not used as the working machine of the machine tool, or high-precision mold processing, and the latter two are used for processing high-grade molds and large-size box structural parts.

5. Five-axis high-speed gantry machining centers are generally not exported due to the technical blockade of the United States and Japan to China, especially for military enterprises, which are mostly in Germany, Italy and Spain. 6. The gantry machining center for light material processing is a good choice for Z. It is generally used in the processing of models such as automobiles, and has the characteristics of five-axis high-speed and large-scale. At the same time, the price also has around 500,000 euros.

7. Regarding domestic gantry machining centers, in recent years, many manufacturers have cooperated with foreign joint ventures to introduce skills, and some have purchased functional components such as spindles from abroad, and then equipped with gantry, workbench and bed sound, most of which are under development , Maturity compared with foreign countries, of course, there is still a distance.
